We do not disclose your personal data to third parties under any circumstances, except with your consent or by order of a judicial authority. When analyzing website traffic statistics, we do not analyze your personal data.

IP Addresses

Credit card data is stored in a secure business system from the time of booking until one week after your departure from the accommodation. We use security procedures and technical restrictions to protect personal data. Only authorized personnel have access.
Booking
For every booking made via various reservation channels or directly through our website, specific cancellation and modification rules apply. Please read them carefully to avoid misunderstandings.
Pricing and Cancellation Policies
- Short-stay rate: Stay of 1 to 2 nights. A surcharge of up to 30% applies for two-night stays.
- Free cancellation or modification is possible up to 7 days before arrival.
- Standard rate: Stay of 3 to 7 nights. Cancellation or modification is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
- Long-stay rate: Stay of 7 to 30 nights with a 5% discount applied to the price. Cancellation or modification is possible up to 30 days before arrival, but a 30% charge of the total reservation amount may apply.
- Non-refundable: Bookings that include an 8% discount regardless of the length of stay and cannot be canceled or shortened.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival may result in a 100% charge of the total reservation amount.
- No-show: If the guest does not arrive without prior cancellation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
- In case of early check-out, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total reservation amount.
Administrative Fees
In case of refunds, we reserve the right to charge administrative fees up to €50 (EUR).
Payments
For bookings made by phone or email, a deposit of 30% of the total reservation value must be paid before arrival based on a proforma invoice. Payment is made via bank transfer to the following account: TRR: SI56 0432 2024 7499936 (OTP banka d.d. (Nova kreditna banka Maribor)) Once the deposit is paid, the reservation is considered confirmed. The remaining amount is payable in cash upon arrival. We accept payments by bank transfer or in cash in € (EUR).
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Slovenia. All disputes are resolved by the competent court in Koper, Slovenia. Istrian Apartments B&B Koper reserves the right to change any information contained in this document. All changes will be immediately available to all users of this site.
